It has been 6 months since I decided to put my faith in pandapay as my pos provider.In this last 6 months the whole process has cost me $2000.00 and now another $1500Hours of fighting with my at that time POS provider which your company got me into because your company didn’t realize it was not easy breaking a contract ???Before I agreed with joining your company I mentioned to you the issue I had with pivotal - you did not tell me at that time that panda pay is the same company.When my pos machine was delivered I noticed pandapay and pivotal were actually the same company and I asked you why I was not told that.You assured me that pandapay has made changes and are a better company now.I don’t have time to waste as I have given you and who ever the director is the last 3 months to help me get out of this unnecessary expensive situation you have got me into.I was willing to take the $250.00 that was promised to me to help me with my existing contract with first data but have not heard from you or anyone from pandapay i now have 2 contracts 1 with first data costing me $25.00 every month and one with Grenke costing $117 every 3 months thanks to pandapays.I can not get out of either contract. Today I got a call from Grenke telling me that i owe $265 for 2 late payments.I was with another company when the sales person came and convinced me that he could save me on fees if I switched to Panda pay. I agree to only switch once they got me out of the contract with my existing company. My existing company slapped me with a $3400 cancellation fee. I called my existing company got them on tape that the cancellation fee is $300 and gave a unhappy customer review on their google business listing after which they agreed to settle for $300. I Spent my own money getting legal advise fighting with my POS provider, and no help from Panda pay. Kept asking for help. No one helped. Still no help. now I have Grenke on my tail. They will be sending me a bill to cancel my contract which roughly will be $1500.I would like this $1500 taken care of by Panda Pay and also all the other expense that i have had to take on due to Panda Pays misinformation.$300 for cancellation of my contract because the panda Pay agent initiated the cancellation and i couldn't stay with my POS provider$500 for on activity on account because Panda pay was switching me to their plan$1200 for legal advise. and now $1500 to cancel me lease agreement with Grenke A very unhappy customer.
