Disappointed at the lack of wheel chair access in this city and at the hotel resorts. Its a shame. We rented a. Beach wheelchair which was awesome. But was a mess getting it to the beach. I would not recomend to anyone with a handicap to vacation hete

I came to the beach to listen to the waves, not the constant barrage of helicopters flying by. I will never stay at the Calypso or Panama City again due to helicopters flight path! They came around the building and down the beach every 5 minutes. Horrible. Also, there are tons of people on the beach smoking and listening to loud music. My mistake for not finding a quieter place to stay. Please make an ordinance on excessive #noisepollution #findingaquieterplace

We expanded our Meeks Construction office from Tallahassee to the Panama City Beach area in May 2018. We were in need of subcontractors for the area. All we had to do is reach out to the wonderful staff of the PCB Chamber and we received so many options of subs. It didn't stop there. They continued to pair us up with new PCB chamber members all year long. We really don't know how they do all that they do. So many wonderful events, ribbon cuttings, Business After Hours and more! They are like an amazing ant farm. The workers carry more than their load and they are constantly moving and connecting tunnels at all times. Thank you for all that you do for your members and the community. Just renewed our membership for another year!

Shannon Richmond changed the tide working her magic to "connect the dots." When we joined in 2014 we didn't see much value from being a member. Since Shannon arrived this Chamber is the place to be! It is a great way to bring in new business, get your name out in the community, and network to grow; especially as an Ambassador. We are proud to be members with multiple companies & refer everyone in business here to join!

I just read today's NY Times article, "In a Florida Party Town, Last Call Leaves a Financial Hangover" By LIZETTE ALVAREZ I am a fan of PCB and the panhandle. My family and I lived in Alabama and Florida cities for about 30 years. As a student many years ago, I totally get the "rite of spring" events that gave me and my classmates time to have fun. And we did! But not like today.I fully support and respect the tightening of various laws that help to protect both the commercial establishments and try to save some of the students from themselves. It was the right thing to do. I also understand the economic impact of losing revenue as a result. On balance, it the changes saved only one life, it has been worth the effort. Not to mention the expense to the city and businesses caused by drunk students destroying property.While the appeal may not be as great, there are millions of people all over the US who would be amazed at what PCB and other towns along the panhandle have to offer. Re-channel marketing dollars to attract people who would love a safe and fun place on the Gulf Coast to relax and enjoy the sun, sand and yes, suds (in moderation)Congratulations!LeRoy TiltCambridge, MA
