Worst experience ever. IRATE is only 10% of how I feel today about this horrible credit union. You know their "investigator" should retire when he doesn't know the difference between Amazon, Pay Pal, and Money Gram.And his borderline racial slurs were also not appreciated. Take your money and run !

This is the 4th time in a month I had to sit on the phone for 30+ minutes at a cash register trying to gain access to my money.Let's start from the beginning.I bought my ole lady a Dyson hair drier online and boom, they stopped my card and stopped Dyson from getting their money. In the end after the confusion from PMCU or Frontwave they had double ordered me and I had to get a refund from Dyson.All in all with this interaction I had to call 3 times to have my card unblocked and every single time it cost me 30-45 minutes of time.Today I have had it. I had recently purchased a Radiator for my car online and a couple purchases later they blocked my card. I had originally talked to a weirdo named Kacey and he was absolutely useless but I one he would transfer me to their fraud department cause I've done this before. Kacey I'm sorry but you suck. After a stout hold time I got ahold of Patricia or some chick with the fraud department and she had gone over my charges with me and unlocked my cardThey will block your card without notice. Navy Fed will send you a text message if they suspect a fraud charge before they kill your card. I've dealt with nothing but problems from Frontwave and I am done. I hope my Marines and their Marines listen to me and go to Navy Fed or a reputation branch.I've wasted hours of my life with this bank.I hope this review speaks to you and I hope you as a new Marine see this and go to a better bank. Trust me, nothing is more embarrassing to have your card decline at dinner and having your date wait an extra hour because your bank is incompetent.

It's good to have a main phone number to call, but when you want to talk to a branch direct (FORGET IT). Yes I realize they want the branch to serve the walk-in people, but don't tell me they DON'T have a phone number and CANNOT in any way transfer you to a branch! Yes, the Solution Center really said that! BAD BUSINESS! Easy way to lose potential customers!
