Despite the bad reviews I decided to give it a try. I've been very pleased with the service and the interest rates on my loan are lower than Mountain West (where I usually go.)

Worst credit union I have ever dealt with! Just sat in line at their drive through for 20 minutes. Finally drove off. I haven't had a good experience with them in the two years of dealing with them.

Worst customer service ever! They are NOT advocates for the customers and they are all about taking advantage of their customers for their benefits! Worst experience! We moved to them to keep our money local, sadly that was the wrong move! Thank you Idaho Credit Union for rescuing us from the hell at potlatch! I am specifically review the post Falls branch! I highly recommend ICCU!!

They will continue to charge you insurance on your vehicle even if you get a policy. They charge a “$12 convenience fee” for using your credit or debit card to pay a bill. You have to use cash to pay that bill at the actual branch location. Forcing you to get a fee from their ATM if you don’t use Potlatch as your primary bank. THEN each time you call they will give you a 2 minute speech asking you permission to run your card after you’ve already been on hold for 20 minuets.

It's not the 1990s. It's extremely disrespectful to customers for a business not to update holiday hours on Google, or its website. I had assumed P1FCU would be closed Labor Day, but not the Saturday before. Apparently, many other customers thought the same thing, as we all showed up to the bank, only to find a sign on the door stating they are closed. It's either incompetence, or laziness, of the management to not manage their online presence properly. This credit union is one of the worst I've ever seen, which is why I use them as little as possible. I suggest using a different credit union, unless you find a specific reason you need to use P1FCU.

I used to swear by p1fcu, lost my debit card a little over a month ago. Still waiting on new one because no one knows how to do there job correctly. I asked them to send it to the post falls branch 2 times, Only for them to send it to my old address. Extremely unsatisfied with my experience. I Will be changing credit unions.
