They will continue to charge you insurance on your vehicle even if you get a policy. They charge a “$12 convenience fee” for using your credit or debit card to pay a bill. You have to use cash to pay that bill at the actual branch location. Forcing you to get a fee from their ATM if you don’t use Potlatch as your primary bank. THEN each time you call they will give you a 2 minute speech asking you permission to run your card after you’ve already been on hold for 20 minuets.

This is the best credit union I have been involved with use it for all my vehicle loans interstate is very low. Customer service is phenomenal !

I think the entire staff at the Hayden branch are great! Always very friendly and helpful! They conduct business efficiently so I truly can make a quick stop during my busy work day! I highly recommend them!
