Very responsive! Fast friendly and thorough. The owner had to follow up with me multiple times as I was procrastinating gathering the final needed information and I was going to miss the rate lock deadline. She secured my rate lower than anticipated and cut many years off my mortgage. She also gave me credit counseling leading up to the refinance. The team at Oyster is superb and highly recommended.
