I requested a simple document and had to come back 3 times to the buzesti branch until the front office guy got it right. As i was waiting for the third time to get my document, the guy who was supposed to print it started working for a corporate client. When i asked why it is taking so long, because my kids were there and running out of patience, he replied in the rudest way possible 'that's what happens when you come to the bank and you're going to have to bear it'. On the positive side, some employees are nice and the branch has a play area for kids, which is probably the only one I know in Bucharest.
