Feedback:

Choosing a POS system for new hospitality venue is never easy. But I found OrderMate very easy & great to deal with from the start. Lauren went out of her way to explain & show my the entire operating systems & requirements needed. Once locked in there training & support line were able to help me out at any time. From installation through to the opening day they made a very stressful time a much easier experience. I find the system great to use from front of house & back house. User friendly & tech guys are always a phone call away to help if needed. I'm happy to have them on board!

Feedback:

Support is absolutely awful. If you bring it up to the sales team they get defensive. When opening a new cafe you need the best support especially with the POS system. Waiting 20 minutes to 1 hour for support to call back can make or break you during busy service. Who needs that extra stress.

I have been thoroughly impressed with the way the OrderMate crew has committed to and executed the POS change over. At every stage along the way we have found your team to be friendly, approachable and accommodating and all with a smile on their faces. We asked a lot in a short period. It wasn’t just that they get the job done it was the way they handled themselves. I believe in one of the first meetings I said first and foremost we wanted a POS company that didn’t treat us as a transaction but rather as a partnership. I believe that I found that.

Support system is terrible. You cannot speak to anyone. You call them up and log a ticket they then ring back a day later if you lucky . So if till town its down for the night. You may get a call back the next day when you are no where near your till system and if you miss the call you have to go through process again. So one more night of using a calculator and pen instead of till system you are paying a lot of money for.
