I appreciate his time and transparency concerning interest rates, costs, gap coverage, etc. His patience in answering my numerous questions and providing estimates for my different scenarios and options is kindly appreciated.

The stadium branch management is the worst that I've ever experienced in my life they have no empathy at all they make false offers mislead you even bullying this is nothing personal everybody will run into some kind of a hardship I did four months ago and I seek help and I did not get any help from anybody it is embarrassing that I have to write this negative letter but trust me when I tell you this if I was treated properly considering I am a disabled veteran I will give them a positive review Eleanor is just pretending to help you by she is really not now theres another lady named DJ is a bully and she harassed me and she gave no regard for my situation she did not even look at me as a human being she just kept saying she wants her car back she gave me so much anxiety she put me on depression it was horrible for me I'm sorry I got laid off I'm sorry that my company had to shut down I'm not a bad person I'm not a better I just owe you money you can treat me a lot better than that

Waited almost 40 min to be attended, when doing the paper work on a car lian they said it will take 1 1/2 and after been there for 30 min doing the paper work they said they were going to closed pretty soon and needed to set up and appt... they work in a turtle time, This has been the worse service i ever had in a xredit union....
