If you're looking for a very inexpensive mailbox rental, this is it. I've called just about all the other places in town (note: over 5 years ago) and found out this place had the best deal over the national chains such as Postal Annex+ and UPS Store. I'm only giving four stars because the business hours are not very consistent and they do change frequently (and the info on Google Maps and Yelp are outdated). Several times I was there 10 to 15 minutes before the posted closing time and they were all gone. This seems to be a rather common occurrence, so I suggest that you don't go there past 30 minutes before the closing time, then probably you'll be fine.

They are number one for all services needed. Angela is the "front man" for the business, making nearly 100% of customer contact, and shes got this position for a reason. She is friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and all around just pleasant to work with. Anyone who has had an undesirable experience with her most likely either did not understand their situation it was flat out in the wrong. They have the highest payouts for selling gift cards, and the lowest rates on everything else. I have been coming to one stop for 6 years end will continue to do so until the day they shut down... Which I imagine I wouldn't need their services when faced with the Apocolypse. 😊

Always friendly, never have an issue cashing my payroll check. They always recognize me and the fee is better then the big chain check cashing places. Plus you can pay all your utility bills for $1-$2 each. PGE charges $3 to use a debit card over the phone.

I do business with those two regularly and feel more than welcome every time I walk through the door. When it comes to integrity, he held onto my Driver's license for like 2 weeks and I thought it was gone for sure... When I had mentioned it, he remembered and showed me it to make sure it was mine. I was stoked and he gained my trust. Those two are really good people and I enjoy doing business with them!

The red head guy was very rude treated me and my husband like we were con artists. Asked us to verify check with phone number when we told him the number he said phone number was suspicious since she is out of town with a local number
