Feedback:

Very unprofessional! The tellers did not greet me because they were too busy gossiping about a fellow teller and texting. When customers came in there was no discretion when it came to their personal financial situations. Absolutely disgraceful

$31 fee scam for 1 transaction.

I was charged close to $250 in overdraft fees due to pending transactions I was unaware of because it was over the weekend. There's no grace period where you can bring your account current without being charged. I only spent $58 between 6 transactions and was charged 31 bucks every time. Now I have a -275 balance. They should really be ashamed.

They okay... But it would be nice if your transactions would show when they are pending.....

You can't even see whats pending like most banks. Not good. Which result on over draft fees.

Horrible service i filed they put wrong info for deposit but had the right acct & routing number so now money is lost call them for help all they say is call the irs they did what they was paid for. $370 just to file papers never again. They wouldn't even give me my right deposit amounts for the bank to even trace the check to see off they even sent it back. Could of paid $82 on H&R & did it myself but I wouldnt recommend them to nobody and yes this was my first time filling with them & yes my return got accepted its just lost money I HAVE TOO FIND

I been a member since 2015. I have been impressed by their products and services from the very beginning. After acquiring the account I was able to refinance my car using Refi My Ride. Recieved nice loans, Consolidate bills, notary services, and much more. The best service I recirece was the personal attention that each one gave. The representatives acknowledge us by name names as we walked through the door and had knowledge of our personal situations. I missed the old crew from Highland Park Kelly, Yvonne, Darryl and the others toname a few.missed but not forgotten. God bless each of you.

I feel like I'm walking into a prison when going to this Branch. You have to wait until the light turns green before they let you in. Fax a letter to their board with no response. Went into the branch on a Saturday to ask account representative about the letter. Was told I have to call a department that's only open while I'm at work.
