I applied online for a credit line facility at around 8:00 am this morning and by 3:30 pm my application was processed, approved and activated. Both Kyle and Andy were professional, knowledgeable, polite, helpful and generally a pleasure to deal with. Andy kept me posted on the progress during the course of the day and once the facility was approved, he called me and guided me step by step in activating my account online, explained all relevant details and was able to answer all my questions.
