I opened an account last week. the lady at the reception information (Angela) was not friendly she acted like I work for her. I new she looked down at me because my skin color. am a brown skin women. even though I was with two boys 4 and 5 years old feeling overwhelmed in a new town that meant nothing to her. My husband toled her that he wanted to open an account. He gave her Oregon ID and my american passport and his Green card, but she said. and am not kidding you. And why would I do AM writing a review using my real name. She said I can not open an account with a green card or an American passport, you need to get Michigan ID. she insisted but, thank God my husband did not leave. after she realized we were not going anywhere. she left us for a while. and by the way when I first entered the bank she was on the phone for long time. any why she ended up calling us to an office to open an account. And still ,unfortunately she acted like we worked for her. My husband God bless him was being himself, so cool asking her about her day and her kids but she was not to friendly. I opened two accounts that day joint account for 10000$ and another for 500$. Please understand I'M only writing this review so the management at OMNI bank can be aware. Thank you
