The service at the Old mutual branch in Oxford was utterly disgraceful.The receptionist did not care about the clients and only attended to people that she wanted to even though there were people waiting.When I arrived I went to the receptionist (Sikelela) and told her what I needed assistance with she told me to take a seat, she did not even take my ID number in order to put me on the system(as I believe to be the standard procedure on all branches). After 40 minutes of waiting with no word from her she just got up and went to chat with one of the consultants.I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism there and would not recommend anyone to go to that branch.
