Went in to buy a camera they had listed on Craigslist for $90. Price on the camera was $160. The guy behind the counter made a phone call asking "did you list that camera for $90? Oh, OK. Love you." then did something on the computer. I did a quick check in my phone, he had just deleted the listing. Rather than come back and explain and apologize for the error, which I would understand they can't sell it for $70 cheaper, he comes back with an attitude. I had asked about putting some fresh batteries in it so I could test it, he just says in a surly tone, "No."I said, "So this is how you are telling me that it isn't for sale for $90?"He said, in a snotty voice, "I wouldn't sell it to you for $5."So he's not even smart enough to get the expression correct. And why is he taking it out on me? His wife is the one who listed it wrong. Just apologize for the error, and we'll move on.

I sold a few items here I didn’t use anymore and was given a very fair price for them. The employees are friendly and very knowledgeable. Small clean shop with very nice merchandise. Lots of high end jewelry and firearms. I will definitely be back!!

Worst pawn shop ever. If I could give zero stars I would. Go anywhere else but here. The guy offers me 40 bucks for my 9mm that’s in perfect condition. says “Cabela’s is just handing these out”

Last minute Christmas shopping for my wife. I was trying to decide between two diamond rings and the lady behind the counter was so helpful, she even gave me a discount on the ring because I paid cash. The variety and quality of the items in the store was really impressive. I'm very happy with the jewelry and the price I paid. Great little Pawn Shop, so glad I stopped to check it out.

I walked in and had to wait for the girl behind the counter to finish her very clearly personal phone 66. I had a ruby and gold ring, gold tennis bracelet, gold earrings, 2 gold chains and a gold pendant. I gave her the ring and tennis bracelet and she very snottily asks me how old they are, do I know what stones they are, how much I paid for it. She says sorry to tell you but you got rippe1d off if these were rubies it would be worth thousands of dollars. Yes, right, correct I say. She says well these are garnets, practically worthless I'm not interested in doing a loan on it. Then tells me my tennis bracelet is also a fake. Uhhhhh ok. So I get the other items the scrap gold and she had the nerve to half snort/half laugh and says There isn't enough there for it to be worth my time, since I would have to test all of it to make sure its not fake like the rest of it, I'm not interested have a good night. It was Like 6 grams of scrap! 14k. Ok I left. The place across the street was happy to loan my diamond bracelet, ruby ring, and scrap for over $1000. I will never go back in this pawn shop she was so rude

I LOVE THE JEWELRY SELECTION AT SARGE'S. THE PRICES ARE EXTREMELY FAIR FOR GOLD AND DIAMOND JEWELRY AND THE STAFF ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND WILLING TO WORK WITH ME ON THE PRICE. THEY ALSO HAVE TOOLS, ELECTRONICS AND FIREARMS AT GREAT PRICES, WHICH MY HUSBAND LOVES. I SEE A LOT OF CUSTOMERS COMING IN TO PAWN ITEMS THERE TOO AND ALL SEEM LIKE THEY ARE HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STOPPING BY OLD SARGE'S TO DO SOME SHOPPING OR GET A PAWN LOAN!

I've been going here for YEARS and I love this place. Sure it's tiny but the two employees and I are almost buddies now, great attitude, little pawn shop one can establish a good business/customer rapport.
