Trying to get some help in refinancing and getting Ocwen out of my life. I need some advice and help. Anyone ?

Absolutely should be shut down. Cannot ever talk with someone you can understand, excessive fees that you cannot get an answer on what they are for. Worst ever.

The worst people that I've ever encountered in loan servicing.

Extremely difficult to deal with. I work with a contractor and to get insurance checks endorsed by this company is exasperating. They require the home owner's written authorization for EVERYTHING even when you have a signed Assignment of Claim that authorizes your company to work on the homeowners behalf. Even releasing general information. Because the call center is outsourced outside of the US if you don't phrase questions in a way that matches their scripts they get confused easily. Their call times are typically relatively low and it's reasonably simple to get in contact with the company however they basically refuse to speak with anyone but the home owner. If you're thinking about using this mortgage company just know you're going to have to be very involved in any home repairs or contractor work.

They are the worst.. Guy answered and then said he couldn't help me after he told me he will provide me with the best customer service. Told me I have to call Wells Fargo to see if I can get any equity on the mortgage !!

This company is a flat out joke, three years in a row they have been late paying my property insurance, I’ll pay to prevent a lapse in coverage in the sum of 1800 bucks and three months after the due date they finally issue payment and I’ll get a reimbursement from my insurance company. Not a single person at this company speaks English, and what they call English is a joke, their accents are so thick with a middle eastern dialect that it creates a impossible language barrier. You’ll never get the same story twice they are constantly lying to you when you call. This place needs to be shut down by the government ASAP. I will refinance this next year just to get the loan away from these idiots. I’ve read several different horror stories of these fools forclosing on people who have never missed a payment!

The best think that can happened to me, i really fell so sorry for so many bad reviews that they do not deserve, because this is the company that have give more loan modifications and more chances to the homeowners to keep their home, if is not for them i will not have my house.THANK YOU OCWEN FOR ALWAYS BEEN THERE FOR ME and for many other that they had helped before. and also these indians that work there do the best they can do
