Never take your stuff to tjis pawn shop they will rip you off. If you have had an item there before and try to take back and they tell it is too rough we cant take it.

I absolutely love oaks pawn. I will never go to any other pawn shop. First there staff is amazing! I try to go in when Hozay or Pj works because they treat you like family and always kind and respectful. Second they are very attentive and do what they can to help you. I have been to many pawn shops and most don't care about their customers the way Oaks Pawn in High Springs does. Who ever wrote the bad review was definitely not being truthful. Oaks pawn is not open on Sundays and every time I come in Hozay and Pj are always helping customers or keeping themselves busy with other store duties. So If anyone is considering buying, selling, or needing a loan aka pawning something Oaks Pawn will be your best bet! Go see Hozay and he will take good care of you! My review is based on my experience with Oaks Pawn and is not anyway based on other reviews.

On A Sunday of June I bought a leaf blower at OaksPawn & Jewelry location High Springs 525 . About $80 . In the end , they said we had 2 weeks to return , we came back today , not even a week , explaining the problem, the guy ran some tests , I literally had to go back inside to see what was going on , the guy just went to sit down by a corner , It was so obvious, it was rude . Lazy people , we had no luck & we took it back of course leaving with a headache . We left with nothing . No money , no nothing , I hope you see this. So you can't spamming all these hard working like I was telling you when I left the store .

I wish I could give this place no stars. The staff routinely forgets to call me when my fire arms come in I have to tell them from the tracking information that they have it. The women who seems to be running the place talks on the phone loudly complaining about all of her personal problems. If they weren't the cheapest FFL in the area I wouldn't use them.

One of the best and my personal favorite pawn shop around! All of the staff are extremely helpful, like *Trey* and the dog is great to :). They keep the place clean and are always very friendly and professional. It's definitely the first pawn shop to try in town and if they don't have what you're looking for just ask, they may have it at one of the other shops. Try them out! You may just end up being so pleased with their service that you'll never feel the need to go to any other pawn shop...
