He also has a sharp sense of humor, so that is always a plus! You end up leaving knowing more than before you came in. Their gold jewelry specialist Jennifer is fantastic also... on my last visit she helped me process some jewelry I wanted to sell for scrap, and she was super informative about the various pieces and what they were really worth. This store is one of those rare places where you know you are dealing with people who are honest and aboveboard. The store also has a fantastic selection of coins for sale which make great gifts. Highly recommend!
