Was told this was a great resource center to use for small businesses. Contacted the the first time, no response and then tried again which someone did return my call, set up a time to meet, no show on the date of appointment. Finally rescheduled a second time to meet, this time we met and went over goals and how to utilize the program. The gentleman left and said he would be in touch with information that would be beneficial to me. I didn't hear from him for days so I emailed him twice and still til this day has not responded. So much for utilizing a "good" resource. Maybe they only pick and choose who they actually want to help. I've learned my lesson from using a local resource, not dependable. Maybe someone else might have a better chance at getting their attention but it sure wasn't me or my future business.
