They droped the ball on a loan I was looking for help on and it ended up costing me another 9k also I have asked for payoff information 2 diffrent time and they give me the run around. Last but not lest I have paid them the total amount owed and they are still planning another 4 months of payment when I ask why I get told we will get back to you. What a joke I will never use them again.
