I've been banking with NW Plus for a few years now, everyone there is fantastic they always greet me by name before I've reached their window and are always very pleasant. My last bank (BOA) was awful!!! I would and do recommend NW Plus to everyone😀

Good luck trying to talk with someone over the phone. They also don't participate in shared branch banking. Worthless
