Feedback:
Three people available the counter, deliberately avoiding eye contact, saying their counter is closed. Apparently showing up 20 minutes before closing means they're not going to help you with a simple (40 second) task. Why even keep the doors open at that point?
Feedback:
Hiden fees, poor customer service
Feedback:
Crazy quick and friendly staff.

DECEPTIVE PRACTICES – Numerica Credit Union issued a vehicle loan with a life insurance policy for my mother and step dad. My step dad passed (I am the acting executor), and the loan agent (Trevor) that initiated loan with us a year and half ago assisted with filing the death certificate. Trevor later called the house and let us know he just learned that the policy would only cover 25% of the loan value because he was over 70. My step dad was over 70 when Trevor sold him the policy and did not explain that to him, I was there. Trevor very plainly explained multiple times that if either of them died that the loan would be paid in full. At my request his branch manager (John - U-City Branch) called me. He made excuses and kept repeating that he stood behind his employee and knew that he would have fully reviewed the policy with us. I felt that I was not getting any help in resolving the issue so I asked John for the name of his Boss. He literally laughed at me and told me he stands behind his employee. I feel like Trevor was deceptive in selling them an insurance product that did not offer the protections he promised, he did not go over the terms of the policy or he would have known before this afternoon that the policy did not provide full coverage at his age. At a minimum these are deceptive practices.

Excellent service here. Staff is great!

Solid 4 stars. One of few atms that will dispense denominations of ten dollar bills instead of trying typical $20
Feedback:
1. They charge a non refundable $50 (maybe it was $25 but still) opening fee. 2. You have to keep a minimum amount of money in the account at all times. 3. They due a credit check just for a simple checking account, but I thought they were supposed to be a good credit Union?!4. They were closed for an employee meeting thing... all three valley locations at least too. They weren’t any where near as friendly as other banks I’ve been to either.Edit: They contacted me and said it was only $20. They also gave me a website to view the application and terms. Well what I have to say is that I already went with Glacier family of banks (Mountain West)! They charge nothing and give you a gift plus referral gifts! More detail on their Spokane valley location review of mine.
Feedback:
The U-City Branch is wonderful. They have been with me for years. Easy to work with. If they can they will fix any mistakes I make. They catch any abnormal activities and check with me, and saved me . I would not go any where else . The staff is superb .
