EA time I go to numerica cc I seem to get the "new guy" not sure if someone was promoted or fired? If the others haven't been fired, they must be creating new jobs and expanding pretty fast?

I would avoid going here if you need to go into the lobby and have to talk to a teller. The lines are long and no one knows where the line starts.

I came to deposit money for someone on a friday and the doors were locked by 5:20 when the door said they didn't close till 6. They were walking around and even looked at me standing in the rain but didn't let me in.

I have been using Numerica literally since I was 5, with one of those little looney toons savings accounts that they had. In general, credit unions are better than banks. I have had a few issues with this Branch, which I'd just like to address. When I signed up for a checking account at age 18, we talked about the "Overdraft protection". I signed up figuring in case of emergency I would want an expense covered, but she assured me that this other program I signed up for would utilize my savings account before entering the overdraft protection thing, which comes with a $30 charge. Fast forward four years, I'm 22, out of college, no job, studying for MCAT and accidently ran my checking low with plenty in savings. For two weeks straight, every little purchase I made racked an overdraft charge. No notices, no warnings, nothing. I racked up nearly $400 in overdraft charges. Thanks. I contacted them, literally (okay figuratively) on my knees begging. This was the first time I had ever gone into overdraft and I was hoping to have the penalty reduced, citing that I SWORE someone told me it would utilize my savings before entering overdraft. They disregarded that claim, and instead suggested I take out a loan to help. They could do nothing about the overdraft charges. Lol literally trying to further take advantage of me. The other issues I've had with them are small in comparison, when I opened my account they said the first round of checks are free, I said I'll wait and they said if I decided to get them, the first round would still be free. I came back a year or two later to get checks because now I had an apartment to pay for, and the lady thought I was silly. They're either changing policies, or have misinformed employees. Lastly, their app UI is kinda terrible, and if you're tired after a long day of work, can't remember what combo of special characters, numbers, and capitals you needed for your password and use the wrong one 5 times, you are PERMA locked out until you can visit a branch. Well I have been going to school in Seattle; there are no branches here. I've been locked out of checking my bank for months at a time lol. I admit that one is kinda my fault.

My husband and I have been with Numerica for over 9 years and we are very happy with them. They are always helpful and polite and I've always received prompt and friendly service, whether on the phone or in person. We're probably going to be customers for life! Now my son uses them as well.....
