Very bad service ! we are nova customers for 12 years over in Hawaii and it’s almost impossible to work lately, in past 10 month or so almost every other weekend their system is “down for maintenance “ when you get a hold of their customer service after a while of waiting they always say check back in 30min and it’s always a lie it’s down for the whole night and we loosing business over and over again !!!Why have the system down for the night even that in Hawaii it’s still very busy on a Friday or Saturday night at 7pm we don’t need to suffer because it’s 1 am in Florida or 10 pm in California we still have a business to run !!! Can’t believe that this is what they tell you over the phone that because we on a different time zone we have to suffer like that !!!!!!! Horrible horrible !!!!!! What a shame nova !!!!
