Kurt and his team are the epitome of customer service! What is most impressive though is that while I know it takes a whole team to take of this type of transaction, Kurt never abandoned me. We was right there following up on all the tasks regardless of who was the lead. He truly is the ultimate leader of his team! Not to mention saved tons of $$!

I didn't want or ask for a loan or a refinance and they ran my info anyway, regardless of my protests and very explicit instructions not to (and to leave me alone). I just today got another letter from them saying a decision on a loan I never initiated. Bizarre and frustrating.
