Popped into the mansfield branch yesterday morning to enquire about a loan and the money was in my account that afternoon.Great interest rates and friendly staff who care about giving you the best deal for your circumstances rather than just going on your credit rating.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Sent me a letter through the post stating I owed them in excess of £600 - the debt is not mine. I made a formal complaint and was told a manager would call me back - no call back. The first person I spoke with - Robyn, gave me the address of the person who actually took the loan out - which means I now have access to the person who has used my name and address fraudulently. It's a damn good job I'm a law abiding citizen and don't take the law into my own hands and go and punish the person that impersonated me and they loaned the money to!! Clearly do not complete background checks and they've never heard of a 3 point security check. Nottingham Credit Union, your details have been passed on to the financial ombudsman for clearly not taking the proper and thorough procedures when deciding who to loan money to!

read my credit file not spoke to me or got to know me not what i thought a community bank etc was if your community cant help you what aspirations does this give u to try and pay back other loans oh well back to payday loans or going without to save myself
