Overall Feedback:
I love attending Northwestern, but dealing with the their Financial Aid team has been nothing but a nightmare since day one. I cannot express how rude and unhelpful they are. Their level of service makes me question why I chose to spend more than $50,000 on a master's degree from this school. I just expected better.
