Located in Hodges South Carolina Northwest Meat Center is one of the best processors I've ever used. They will walk through a cut sheet with you very patiently and explain all of your options, and the end result is nothing short of perfection.

You've got to be kidding. Liars and theives. A 1200 lb American Aberdeen Angus (Lowline) Bull...breed known worldwide for abundance of Rib Eye Steaks...we got back 6 ea 6 oz steaks...not to mention shortage of tenderloin and sirloin. Called Glenn(owner) and was he well scripted. Knew after 5 minutes of BS well rehearsed, we weren't going to get anywhere. We learned our lesson, and hope others will learn from our bad judgment. And by the way, they tout their so called "christianity"...may God forgive them.

I have been taking my cows and pigs here for over 10 years. This is a small family-owned place that probably butchers 15 to 20 animals a week. They are extremely easy to deal with and I've always had a very consistent high quality cuts. The facility is always spotless. I would highly recommend this to anyone who has their animals butchered.
