Poor customer service. I kindly asked for their help, that ironically would have strengthen our business relationship and they denied the help. It's clear that the clients are their last priority.I will look as soon as possible to refinance with another lender. Don't ever do business with this people!

I have never felt more disrespected in my life I bought a used car with this bank three months ago unfortunately I lost my car in hurricane Irma in the keys which they know is getting paid off so today I called to ask if it was a smart idea to reapply because I need a car to get to work and back so they told me yes when I reapplied with all the information the same as it was three months ago an they denied me because something I have in collections that I paid but it doesn’t matter because it was on there when I applied three months ago and got approved mind you I’ve been making my car payments before time and never missed any payments The representative I was speaking to told me he told the underwriter about the total loss and that it would be paid off The representative also told me after I got denied that it would’ve been better to go through a dealership like what does that mean why even run my credit they should have told me that before they did these people are so unprofessional if this is how they treat someone that just went through a disaster imagine how they’re going to treat you I wouldn advise you not to use this bank and take your business somewhere else I’m glad I am hopefully I can save other people from dealing with this careless company
