Just Switched to over, and I like their customer service, and the fees seem to be a little lower than I was paying before.

Employee Spilled a drink on our terminal and they sent another machine out over night and we had it at 9am the next morning. I think they are good for my business.

This company scams people by sending them letters with deadlines that they must return the form so they will not lose their ebt service, then the next thing you know you are in a four year lease. Scammers they should be ashamed to do business like that, especially to old people.

They are trying to trick people making them believe that they must act now, otherwise you will have troubles with you EBT or Credit Card terminal. They are a scam. If you fill up the documents, you will end up in a contract with them. Obviously, I found this weird and I ready the small disclaimer. But I'm mad because they scared me due to the 1 month deadline they highlighted on the letter. I would never work with a company that do this kind of tricky strategy.

If I could I will give them 0 starts. I hire them by mistake, right away I tried to canceled the service and they charge me a really high fee.I did paid to cancel and afterwards they still try to get more money off me. Worst of the worst

Just like most reviewers stated. This company tricks people into a 4 year contract. Even when your not with them. Luckily Evo Merchant Services of NY was there to help pick up the pieces and give a rate that no one can touch.

BEWARE this company is awful. I had a really bad experience.I had the worst 4 1/2 years using this company for my business. When my contract was up I canceled and they took over a month to do paperwork and got charged so much. They have the worst customer service and are very manipulating. I spent 4000$ for rent of credit card processing equipment that they sent to me that had a lot of issues and was from a different company. Such a scam!
