Overall Feedback:
I was paired with a rookie loan officer to facilitate my recent used car purchase. He made several mistakes, then lied to me repeatedly in an attempt to cover his tracks. Reaching a supervisor was virtually impossible. Multiple messages were left, but calls were never returned. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled it was absolutely unacceptable. If you're looking for a credit union, I strongly advise against using this one. The whole experience was disappointing.Re: response from owner: Debbie, this is not about "not meeting my expectations".When he told me (and you) "Michelle at the DMV said their mail takes 7-10 business days", that was a flat-out lie. He doubled down on this lie in another conversation several days later. Michelle told him no such thing. I know this because I called and asked her. He demonstrated a complete lack of integrity, and really has no business handling anybody's finances.
