Very inconvenient bank to work with. Online business banking is the worse process we've ever encountered. If you add an account its up to you to add it to the online service, even than it may not work. So transferring monies around, you can forget about it, and if you call in the transfer there's a fee. You can forget about mobile banking, or an iPad for that matter. If you have an IP address that changes, you need to fill out another form each and every time it changes!Not to mention the branch cannot help you if it has to do with online banking, so you have to call the Lewiston branch, than you hope not to get the rookie!Tellers are very friendly- policies are notSmall businesses do not have time for this nonsense! What a joke!We're changing banks since they cannot accommodate a small, local business in the technology world.

I've never dealt with any branch of any bank before that was so monstrously incompetent. For starters, they blocked my debit card without telling me and when I went down to ask about it (because nobody would answer the phone, of course) they somehow mistook this as me wanting my debit card terminated entirely, which is what they did. This all took place on a Saturday about 20 minutes before they closed so I wasn't even aware of this until Monday when I went back. I also learned that the reason the block was put up in the first place was because of a suspicious transaction from TWO months ago (which wasn't fraudulent to begin with). During that two month span my debit card was working just fine. They just now thought the charge was suspicious, apparently. Now I've been told twice that they're "on hold" about getting me a debit card, but nobody would explain exactly what that meant. I have bills to pay with that debit card and the guy I dealt with (named Steve) either doesn't care or doesn't understand how important it is for one to pay their bills. The tellers are polite enough. So that's a point in their favor, I suppose.
