Absolutely ridiculous service. Recently switched to a 'new' system and changed over everyone's accounts without giving proper help. I have called for TWO WHOLE DAYS trying to get someone to answer the phone. All I keep getting is an AUTOMATED REPLY or a busy tone.Absolutely ridiculous that I have had no help accessing my account or activating my new card in almost a WEEK! They just won't pick up the phone!!Would give 0 starts if I could. Unprofessional and callous with other people's access to their livelihood.
