I called these people today to report a fraudulent account being opened in my name. I spoke with the supervisor who refused to give me her name and was of no help at all. After explaining the situation to her I felt she was very dismissive and refused to pass me to anybody else. She wouldn't even take my details and sounded as though she could not be bothered. Upon challenging her levels of customer service and informing her that I was going to make a formal complaint she refused to give me her name and certainly did not inform me of her position. She told me to call back on Friday which I told her was not really adequate considering the circumstances. She decided to hang up. I then rang back and surprisingly although Eileen had said she was the only one in the office another lady answered who was a little more helpful and gave me the name and position of the lady I had spoken with previously. Disgusting levels of customer care, very negligent and did. Eileen should be held before disciplinary or given the out right sack. I work in finance and never would I deal with a customer the way she did. Either way I will be making a formal complaint as she needs to be dismissed or seriously retrained. Staff such as those bring companies into disrepute as its the company they represent and if this is their supervisor then i can only pray they have an excellent manager to make up for all the areas Eileen is lacking.
