Client Review on North American Bancard, LLC

Feedback:

Horrible customer service. NA Bancard bought Total Merchant Services, who I had been loyal to for 14 years. Now, like all huge corporations like Comcast and others, no one takes care of your problem and passes responsibility on to someone else. They sent me a new machine to satisfy their latest software upgrade, and it's been nothing but problems. 15 phones calls later and my machine still can't batch out. They currently have $4300 of MY MONEY being held hostage by their disfunctional system that can't deposit it into my bank after they have completely screwed up the parameters in it. And when you call, all the techs fail to fix your problem again, and fail to send you a machine--and blame it on the dial up connection. It's total B.S.--I have dial up at my other shop and that machine, which is older, functions fine. Then you always get an automated e-mail from the after all your phone calls, which tells you your problem has been fixed. YOU DID NOTHING!!!! I'm fixing the problem myself Monday---YOU'RE FIRED NORTH AMERICAN BANCARD!!!!!!
