Crummy little monopoly of a company. Expensive on the face, but then the little nickel and dime fees start to show up. For instance the overfilled bin fee, you'll get that every time the lid on your bin doesn't sit flush. Three bags sticking out the top, ok I get that, but a lid up an inch? Oh, mixed bin recycling is a big city luxury, you'll be sorting it yourself in Lynden. I put three one quart plastic oil bottles in my recycling one day. Apparently they don't consider them a recyclable plastic. Does the recycling technician throw them in the trash bin? Hell no, I wouldn't learn my lesson if he did that, nope this jackass throws all three of them on the ground in front of my house.The cardboard isn't broken down flat enough, they'll leave it laying in the street. Doesn't matter to them if it blows down the street.Do yourself a favor, go to the hardware store, buy two or three cans and take your trash to the dump in Ferndale every couple weeks.

Didn't pick up twice because 1 recycle bin was too close to the garbage can. All my neighbors do the same.

keep good track of your billing with these capital christians. They truly are out to collect !!!! Three times in a year I caught them padding my bill to the point I fired them gladly. I relished doing it because the owner is so arogant. Its cheaper to do it yourself or even hire me ! Screw Nuttsack valley disposal food.

My garbage didn't get picked up this week. So I brought it down and asked that I not get charged for dumping it since it wasn't picked up. The two men both accused me of not putting out the garbage and argued with me about it. They were happy to cancel my service of nearly 7 yrs over the $5 I didn't want to pay.

They need to come into the 21st century with payment options. No option to pay by card or online. Rude customer service!

Horrible, horrible. Our business has used them a couple of times because no one else services the area we were in. They were more than 2X SSC!! When I called them about the charges and got a print out, there was a random 500 bucks added to the bill. But the girls at the office were like, too bad that's what you got charged. Their customer service is horrible, prices are sky high. I'll find an independent hauler for the next job.

The girls that work there have the WORST customer service skills I've ever encountered. If you don't have don't use them. Make the trip to ferndale and drop off yourself. Much cheaper and more pleasant experience.
