Well good exchange rate, but staff rude and lacking of customer service experience seams like they never spoke to a human being before. Not willing to even try to listen when customer wants to suggest innovation. They should never be allowed to speak to customers because they lack manners and human contact.just let them do money counting in the background that's all they capeble of. Will avoid in future no money is worth dealing with cheap educated arrogant individuals.
