My loan as being close for 1 year and 4 months and niche financing still have up my information on credit bureau stated that i owe them money. Im asking for a status letter and niche are telling me to pay a $1000 for that letter. What a company unfair niche financing is the reason why i needed this letter because of incorrection information on credit bureau stated i owe niche money.

i am being honest when i write all my reviews you dont know one thing about customer service even your own staff members agrees with me everybody knows what a loan is but in the same time you can not wait for over a year to contact your customers about something then you utter nonsense bout customer service come again with something else . if i never had another business i wouldn't have known something was wrong and nobody had the courtesy to say anything .communication is poor

Nichie is d worst loan company ever. Lost my job n was not paying the loan for 4 months got back a job with 2 months of d 4 but didn't contact them until 5 months within working. Contact the company January 2016 which d lady I spoke with stated that they will set up salary deduction form n send to company did not happen. Contacted them in February 2016 nothing happen. In April 2016 I made another contact nothing still did not happen. Went to d company head office n spoke with a manager who informed me that my outstanding balance is 800k. Please bear in mind that this was a loan I took out for 200k n has been paid for up until September 2014. I informed the manager that I am not paying that so she knocked half off based on d fact that I contacted d workers who choose not to do there job. Anyways that got settled and everything. Have been paying through salary deduction straight up until now. In d month of April 2019 my balance on my payslip said that I owed them 109 thousand. I contacted d company n informed them that I will like to pay them off. When they sent me the letter with my balance of 147000. Wo

I got a loan from this company for 200k in 2015 and in 2018 I still owe them 200k. This company is so dishonest. Lawyers have to get involve now. This company is not a trustworthy company. Stay away from them.

o this is the conversation i had with Ms Brown at Niche today: I have a loan that is outstanding that I am willing to pay off. I had forfeited the loan for a while but now monthly payments are being made plus i want to pay it off. I was told to pay 400k to close the loan , this should be over a 1 month period. After paying half of that amount i was not able to close the loan within the month however monthly payments was still been taken towards this loan. Now i contact NICHE to tell Ms Brown I am willing to pay the balance remaining however this woman is telling me i need to pay 400k MORE TO CLOSE THE LOAN!! I cannot believe the callousness and greed of this woman who wants me to pay an amount that is over 300% of my loan amount which was 200k. When i asked her how come the loan amount has increased so much over 2 months she is telling me about interest!! HOW CAN INTEREST ACCRUE ON A LOAN THAT IS BEING PAID ON A MONTHLY BASIS? THESE PEOPLE ARE SHARKS THAT ONLY WANTS TO EXTORT PEOPLE BEHIND A COMPANY NAME!!

Be very weary of this place. They are a set of thieves. They try to rip people off but I am in the process of filing a complain with the consumer affairs commission and I would rather pay a lawyer thousands of dollar than to have these people get away with robbing me of a cent.
