Extremely poor customer service!!! We have a well known and very busy furniture store. Large transactions are normal for us, expected, and have been the case for years. We suddenly noticed a couple of days ago that they assigned a new merchant ID number to us. There are several deductions from our bank account now from their old system and new system, AND now their risk department is giving us a hard time because they see a "large transaction". We always have large transactions, we sell furniture. I could not get anyone on the phone, and now we're left with a huge headache. For years we paid higher fees than we should've been based on the high volume of sales that we've had. Now they've finally done enough to make us see we need to take our business elsewhere. We gave them years of our business, and they should learn how to treat their customers better.
