Sorry there's not a zero star, horrible customer service, went in for a title transfer, young lady told me she could not help me, I pointed out the sign that clearly states they do title transfers, said she was new, turns out four months, said she was not going to call anyone because she did not like the way I was speaking to her, guess asking you do your advertised service was a bit too much. By the way, lady in front of me had issues as well, apparently not a one time thing for her.

Spoke with some girl there that felt she knew everything. Turns out she knew nothing which, is understandable unfortunately, she had a real bad attitude that went with it. The owner needs to be aware of this.

They stole $60 Canadian from me and then told me to go somewhere else after I confronted them on the exchange rate in Canada to USD. Never going there again.

Went to round lake currency exchange to do title transfer, they said we didnt have the correct documentation and couldnt help us, went here and the ladies were extremely helpful and got us on the road!!! Would definitly recommend this place!!!
