I was eventually provided with world class customer service by a very friendly Danielle. She displayed experience through her professionalism, meticulousness and her agility in providing me with all the answers to my questions while completing the task at hand very quickly. I am pleased to be banking with NEFCU and I definitely recommend their exceptional service to everyone.
