Feedback:

A few days ago, I went to Nevada State Bank because an account of mine had matured. Three different ladies but none of them were able to correctly ascertain what type of account I had and had difficulty processing my rollover. Feeling somewhat uncomfortable, I decided to go to another branch that was closer to my home. Fortunately, at the branch on Sunset, I found Sunshine Vale Cruz. She was absolutely wonderful. She identified the type of account I had processed my transaction in just a few minutes! Sunshine was charming, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient! She is certainly a huge asset to Nevada State Bank and should be in charge of training other bank personnel.

Thought I would give a local bank a try, but they treat you like a criminal and nickel and dime you.UPDATE: I contacted the Client Relations Dept per the response from the owner, but all I received was pro forma response with no meaningful interaction.

The tellers are nice enough, but I needed them to print out my last 2 bank statements & they charge you $5 each! She waived one of the charges, but it's so ridiculous that they charge you at all! I think it's time to switch to my company credit union. This bank has never done anything for me, but hold my $$$.

Rude, impatient phone operators. I barely said half a sentence and was cut off and told I have to come into the bank. I was reporting fraud. I said I had a broken foot and they cut me off and said you must come into the bank.

I felt very welcome. The women are all very kind however I had a payment mistake on my account and I deposited the money to cover it within the day.. Typically Nevada State Bank has always been willing to waive a NSF fee or assist in a payment reversal- because I cover the payments within the day...... However this is my first visit to This branch and the teller was very distant, and didnt have a bother with actually assisting me with my issue... She told me they couldnt put a request/review on the account because I didnt cover the funds by 9 AM ... I have never gotten this explanation before- and she didnt offer any other form of assistance.... I was able to speak with customer service and resolve the issue..
