It's too bad for this company having a salesman like AQIL A.. All i wanted is to know the hidden charges which is not discussed before the acquisition of the credit/debit card swipe machine. Instead of getting an information from him, he got angry and started yelling/shouting which is our right to ask as a customer. It's totally unprofessional, rude and worst experienced i ever had. Prior to this, he actually promised that i will be receiving the machine 5 working days after giving the cheque payment. I gave all the documents including the cheque payment the same day but after 5 working days i got nothing, 10 working days still nothing and the worst is he is not responding my message nor attending my call. I thought i got scammed so i started calling there customer service. After multiple follow up finally they deliver my machine after a month.It's not a pleasant experienced at all. For those new and planning to have this machine, better to go to your respective local bank because they have good system, 24/7 support and some banks also giving the machine as free.

Ground Floor is ENBD bank where as other floors are part of Network International. This building has toilets for visitors and have a cafeteria which work in normal day time.

I was provided a card machine 6 months ago and I have not been able to operate that. I have been following up with them and nobody seems to be helping me out. Whenever I call they say they will escalate and nothing has been done. When I write emails to them nobody even responds. Really bad customer service.
