Overall Feedback:
As a nonprofit agency...Having used the Network for Good services for the website at my last agency, I was excited to try the full functionality at my new agency. Data entry is not too difficult in the system, but my major complaint is that the DATA IS NOT ACCURATE. After talking to a customer service and supervisor, I was told that they recognize this is a problem but that changes take a long time to make, so I could call them back every few weeks to see if there were plans to fix it. But as of now, they were not going to do anything. Not impressed that they recognize they are providing INCORRECT DATA, yet aren't doing anything to fix it. Time to start looking for another system.
