Lost or had cards stolen recently overseas, Nets ( as the card issuer have decided to cut emergency replacement of cards) which is a service that VISA international assure their customers is a service that can be done under their name. But Nets ( the local card issuer ) probably deemed this service can be cut out to save costs and a loss on their bottom line each year. (financial report)I'm hoping there is a competitor now in Norway.
