As a job its ok. Could pay more and do more for employees but its a paycheck.

We have used Netbilling for several years. They handle our credit card processing and call center services for our web sites and our retail store as well. They do a really great job and have saved us a ton of money over other sultans that we tried in the past. I highly recommend them.

I have worked at Netbilling for more than 5 years. They are a nice company to wok for and their management is great. I work in the call center. They pay the going rate for a local small business call center but have great benefits and perks too. The owner is very nice as well. I recommend it for clients and employees.

Their address listed is incorrect, that building on Tourney is under construction, empty and next to gov offices. They are actually in the Industrial Center in Valencia. Also, while it was fun working here, they could really pay their employees more; owner lives in a gated community with a sports car. Not saying he doesn't deserve it, just that the workers could use more, and holiday parties hardly make up for the fact that most are living in apartments. Such a bummer considering how many clients and how much stress they're expected to handle. Call centers in general are such a drag, and I encourage everyone to only engage companies that are fairly paying.
