Friendly, timely, and informative. All the individuals from when I walked in were prompt and explained every detail of what they were doing. While waiting for my car recieved a report of everything that was checked and fixed. When my car was done they explain everything that was completed. I did not feel like I was forced to get any other services and would highly recommend them.

They were able to diagnose and fix my 2004 Camry that had a TRAC OFF and VSC indicators illuminating. So far car is running nice. Very professional.

My blower fan went out on the highway in the rain with the temperature almost at 60. every couple of miles I had to wipe the inside fog off the window. So of course I called Brian. He fit me into his day and in two hours fixed what could have been a disaster. Over the years I have recommended Brian Nerger and his guys to everyone. Even though I have moved to the shore I still bring my car to Brian because I trust his honesty and the quality of his work.

Although Nerger's Auto is new to me I am very pleased with my service the level of care, concern and expertise. Not just withstanding to your cars. I witnessed there attentive care for someone who was ill. I have referred 2 people so far and if ever I hear someone in need of auto repair I will recommend Nerger's.

My experience here is nothing short of great. They work with you to make sure you leave satisfied. I cannot think of anywhere else that I'd bring my car too unless I move from the area. I wished they were open o the weekends but I understand. Overall, I always leave satisfied with my vehicle better than when I brought it in.

Very expensive! Usually other places charge for diagnostics but when you repair with them, they will waive that money,, unlike here they charge for that as well as for expensive labor + parts,, i checked online for the part they billed me and it was twice that they charged for it,, Expensive than what BMW dealers would charge,, Will never go again
