Please find the attachments of closure letter as you given me Deducted my amount to Unnecessary Thru ACH Ref: Loan Closure A/C no 1004721Dear ,Ajit / sachin Sharma My name is Santosh Singh ( global Industries ) It’s more than two month i have paid full and final payments my loan closure letter with Ref to 1004721 to given by Mr Sachin sharma on 28th of feb-17 already i have paid . I’m not longer associate with the your Company It is illegal to withdraw Thru ACH on 20th may of Rs 7967/-with out my notice . I request you to please get my money back and stop ACH SERVICE and give the NOC Letter other wise i am going to fir against you & your company This is really inappropriate and irresponsible behavior from a reputed company NeoGrowthCreadit pvt ltd So I request you to kindly close my loan account A/c No: 1004721 I don’t want to continue with your any services.

They misuse ECS facility.They will deduct payment twice for 1 EMI and don't know whose cheque is bounced. Cheque was bounced of some other company and they deducted my money (2 times). After fighting with them for 10 days and shown copy of cheque cleared in their bank and then returned the money after 10days. They collection manager are totally irresponsible and don't reply to mail. I have sent so reminders, they don't even bothered to reply you. Interest rates are high. Totally unprofessional and unethical company. They will screw your cibil score.

Fake company. Never go with them. They will collect the documents then no one will answer the call.
