Feedback:

My experience with NeighborWorks Rochester. Your team shows up on time, completes repairs faster than expected, and above all, takes tremendous care installing and cleaning up after themselves. The best experience I have had with a contractor in many years. Professional, reliable and honest.

Feedback:

This is the second home that we have purchased from NeighborWorks® Rochester. We love our home and the professionalism of this company. They have built a wonderful home and have a great customer service. I highly recommend them !

Feedback:

Took the 8 hour new homebuyers class and found it to be well worth the time. Our facilitator was very competent and the outside professionals were very knowledgeable and not pushy. It will be well worth your time to take the class if you’re not sure and you’re not familiar with the home buyer process. I was treated very well and had a positive experience all around.

Feedback:

NeighborWorks® Rochester: I just wanted to extend my thanks for a job that was done quite properly by you people .Everyone in your office is polite & professional. Even though I was having only the repair work done the same attention and care was provided. I would not hesitate in recommending this company for whatever projects you have planned!

Feedback:

Working with @NWRochester was amazing, being a first time home buyer I really didn't know what to do? Here the team of expert professionals explained me completely how to buy a house that worked and helped me to find lot of great options and all the things that I was looking for!

Get ready to collect your Bags, cause it was time for the Our Bags ROC Event. This event was hosted by the NeighborWorks Rochester Association. NeighborWork's mission is to collaborate with people and partners to strengthen, sustain, and promote city neighborhoods. There services are available to existing and potential homeowners, tenants, and landlords in the City of Rochester. Upon entry we where greeted by Laura C. who helped organize the event tonight, and to hand out the official Key-Chain Bottle Opener. The entire community of the South Wedge Neighborhood came together to provide tasty finger-food sandwiches, and home-made baked goods. NeighborWorks also set up a photo booth to take random fun pictures in tropical costume wear. It was nice walking around hearing about Home Ownership, and ways NeighborWorks with you to make that dream come true. This was a fund-raiser Auction to help raise money for that very mission.Upon entry into the Auction, we where given a paddle with our number on it. As usual, I managed to receive the number 35, good luck- who knows? The Auction consisted of local vendors auctioning off items that represented there business. Vincent Price from Vincent & Associates did an excellent job of pooling the vendors together. Moments during the Auction got competitive, as I had to try and put Marissa N.'s paddle down on some occasions. My top "Bag" Items up for Auction where:#4- Taste of North Winton Village: This bag included massive gift certificates to Merchants Grill, Remingtons, Rizzis, and Captain Jims Fish Market. Sold for $125.00!!#10- Learn the Craft of Artisan Cocktails: Top mixologist Chris Carlsson will spend an evening with you teaching/drinking his crafted cocktail creations. Also includes a complete Bartender Starter Kit. Sold for $250.00!!#16- The Art of the Cocktail: 75.00 dollar gift certificate to Cure, with multiple bottles of Black Button Vodka and Gin. Includes a Cocktail Revival Week tee-shirt, and limited poster. Sold for $300.00!!#12- Taste of the Finger Lakes: Bottles of wine right from our Finger Lakes Region that included Wagner, Heron Hill, Bellangelo, and Glenora. Sold for $75.00!!**FYI- We all got MAJORLY out-bid by some extreme neighborhood ballers, better luck next year.**OVERALL: Golden Path to Home Ownership in the City, NeighborWorks Bag Auction Event, Taste of North Winton Village, Our Auction Paddles, Finger Lakes Wines, Black Button Distillery, and the Community in the South Wedge...I Will Be Back.

Feedback:

Great local non-profit helping first time home buyers, as well as existing homeowners wanting to improve their home. If you live in Rochester, you should check them out. We used them to improve the energy efficiency of our home and couldn't be happier with the results.

Feedback:

Started off okay. Lack of communication. Only got responses after I prodded a few times. They calculated my income wrong and disqualified me from a program that I otherwise STILL qualify for. Have not heard back.

Feedback:

While their mission is commendable, NeighborWorks' location for holding a meeting is first rate.My group (RPCN) appreciates the customer service, accommodation and pleasant attitude of staff. We love having our meetings there! I love attending meetings there!
