Worst customer experience ever.waited for 90min to be helped.Had to go back again the following day and guess what..im still waiting to be helped..

Next in line but waiting for 30min to be helped. Again....the same thing today.

Walked in on Monday 15 October 2018. I said morning and asked for the bulk teller. The lady did not even greet or aknowledge me at all. She gave ne the ticket anyway. Wow, does it really cost so much to be friendly to your customers? Really pathetic.

Well done for putting the screens that show what number is next to be served behind the first 2 rows. I like having to sit with a twist to see if I'm up. Waiting times mean nothing, there was ''nobody'' in front of me. Staff service is ok.

As we all know, your cards do expire, so i went to collect the new ones ( a while ago) , no credit card, only american express credit card, all sorts of stories etc etc, they will send it, its months ago, still waiting, but, take a chance to miss an debit order or something? They instantly nail you. This bank is so pathetic
